i thaught this might be a good topic to discuss.my runners are only about 10" and i think mopar heads have a runner to the intake of6.5" or so.what are your thaughts on intakes out there and there lengths?

I have to do the same thing when figuring the primary
tube length on headers... I try to get the best length
on intakes when I build my own stuff

I would not think that's an issue with boost


HEMI-ITIS has no cure.

just because there is more pressure does not mean there is no effect.this topic is for n/a also to think about.

I'm sure in a boost condition it would be minimal
if any... same thing on the exhaust side (boosted
engines dont need a collector)

A plenum-based manifold (anything other than IR) is far dirtier than the calculator accounts for.
Each wave and its return interfere with all 7 other cylinders either reinforcing or cancelling them. Multiple traces of pressure changes occur constantly throughout the manifold and far into the runners.
