Subject says it all. Defrost works. Vents work. But no floor vents. Please help. Thanks everyone.

More than likely a broken door in the HVAC housing or posibly a faulty door actuator.

I have the same truck with the same problem, blend door broke at the pivot.

Earlybee gave you good advise above. Go to the heatertreater web site, watch the videos and follow the directions.

I had mine replased with their product and they are great IMO.

To remove the door on the passengers side by the floor is really easy. Replacement take awhile longer.

If your truck is still under warranty it should be covered.
