I stripped the tag and found # stamped in. Might be hard to see but its 34A. Anyone know what they are???

Typical stampings from the STL plant. The impressed stampings were done pre-paint so they may be related to the BIW assembly, not unlike the Gate-Base numbers on a LR tag, and may not be an inspectors stamp. (They are usually very hard to read making it difficult to compile a data base showing consistency or correlation. Research continues )

The punch through is also typical of STL and probably is an inspectors stamp of some sort.
