I'm trying to help a friend out, he bought a 1976 Fury Squad and its missing the power steering pump. We are replacing it now and trying to order a correct one. So was it the GM looking style one, the later Saginaw style? We are trying to figure this out so what should we get?

my 76 charger had the one that looks like a GM one.

same as the one on my 85 truck, same as my 79RC also.

all mounted about the same on the SB and used the same brackets and spacers.

do you have the bracket that goes on 2 of the t-cover bolts for the pivot bolt support?

there is a tri-angle piece that goes with the bracket on the pump with spacers, the slide adjuste peice.

I will take a look and see if it is all there on the spare SB pump I have, may save you a couple bux if you need it

The car is a 400 HP motor. Thanks but I don't think a small block will work.

the last BB cordoba i looked at had the GM looking pump but different brackets for sure.

i would wager it would be the GM looking pump you need for the 75 fury

good luck hunting

hey garret?
this is ray. i found that pump the other day. heres a pic. i have the cap too, just took it off to dump the fluid out. i may want to keep the cooler for my charger tho. this came from a bb 440 with ac. you can just barley make it out from the lower picture.
