I have a factory stock 3 speed stick trans from a slant 6 65 Barracuda in my Valiant and need to buy rebuild parts.Does anyone know the trans manufactorer co. and possibly where I might purchace the rebuild parts? thanks in advance for any info, Dave

Does it have a non synchro 1st gear? There is at least 2 3 speeds out there.

Don't think they put the A745 (the other 3 speed of that time frame) into an A body.
I had a non synchro in my 72 slant Duster.

Hey, thanks for the input- it's a non syncro 1st gear. IIRC my friend bought a 71 slant 6 floor shift Demon bran new and it was a fully syncro. We were crusin about 60mph and it went right into low(no,he didn't let the clutch out) thanks again-Dave
