Seat belt light just hooks to the time delay relay that is used to light the ignition switch & dash light switch...
Low fuel warning has a low fuel relay mounted to the right of the glove box, the fuel sender lead goes to the fuel gauge like normal but the lead to the gauge from the IVR is disconnected & in it's place a feed from the low fuel relay plugs onto that gauge terminal...
The door ajar switches are located at the mid rear jamb area & they simply provide a ground path for the door ajar light which is powered at all times...

Yeah the seat belt light is just on a timer... IVR as mentioned is instrument voltage regulator & it's is the little box on the back of the cluster that has a little jumper harness that attaches to three gauges, oil, temp & fuel.. Well in this case it attaches to oil & temp.. The blue wire from the low fuel relay provides the voltage for the fuel gauge..

Yes it gauge doesn't care if it gets power from the IVR or the low fuel relay, they both will provide the same power to the gauge... But if the power isn't coming from the low fuel relay that there is no information getting to the low fuel relay....
About an 1/8

Your gonna unplug the lead from the IVR to the fuel gauge... The plug the blue wire from the low fuel relay up to the fuel gauge... Yes both wires going to the fuel gauge are blue....
Once you reach about 1/8th tank the light will come on & stay on till you add fuel...
