Can any one tell me how to connect the inner part of the steering to the part that is connected to the steering shaft. I need the part that couples the two - see photos of what I have.

The horn switch needs to be screwed to the steering wheel with three small screws. There is a tab on it so it will only fit one way. The black part goes against the wheel just like the last pic.

I understand how the horn switch is mounted- but how does the three spoked horn apply part affix itself to the switch- it seems there must be an intermediate part that is missing.

I see 3 shiny metal spots on the horn ring. Looks like the hooks are broke off.

It looks like the horn switch has three taped holes for the center horn ring to bolt to.
Do you have a picture of the horn center with out the horn switch on it?

You need this piece that bolts to the top of the aluminum piece that is on your horn switch. Then you can attach the steering wheel center pad to this piece with one bolt through the center of the pad. You could make one of these pieces fairly easily.
