I have a 74 Plymouth Duster and a 95 360 magnum motor. Is there an easy way to keep the fuel injection to make it a smother turbo conversion?

Mopar's Factory PCMs and boost don't play well together without using SCT for tuning. If it's even available for 1995 models.

You'd be better of with Mega Squirt or some form of stand alone EFI.

Especially if you're looking at running more than 14-psi boost.

I don't believe SCT will work on that year. If it will, that is an option. I have SCT on my 2000 with a centrifigul blower and it works great. I have FAST on my 94 with the turbo.
