finally putting my 8 3/4 rear back together. question is, don't axle bearings get packed with grease ?

Try to find the thickest bearing grease you can to re-pack them

I've always used Kendall blue and MP green in the std tubes & there was something about long fiber types are much better?? No info on that though. I use the needle attachment on a grease gun, works good on installed bearings
