I have a 70 Superbee with a 440 and an RPM Ebrock intake. I want to run a Holly type carb with the ramcharger fresh air box and air cleaner setup, but don't know if it will work. I thought only a Carter type carb would work but don't know for sure. Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks!

I had a '70 383 Bee with the Rmacharger induction. N96. I installed a Holley Street Dominater intake. I had to cut the base and weld a flat plate to it. Then cut out the carb hole.

You don't have much clearance. The Holley isn't very tall. Especially compared to the RPM. BTW I ran an AFB replacing the factory Holley.

it won't fit. the only two intake/carb combos that fit with factory parts are stock 4bbl or 6bbl.

The air cleaner will fit on the holley and clear if it were on a stock height intake. On the RPM , NO WAY , you'll have to modify the baseplate .

Sorry I've been away for quite a while.
Thanks everyone for the info. Didn't think it would work.
