I got a deal on a new set of bare MP Hemi heads (P5153779). So I need all the valve gear. They will end up on a 528-540 inch street strip engine. Cam will probably be in the .625/260* range.

I know that the actual spring specs will come with the cam, but I would like to get some recommendations on what brand parts to use and who to get them from. I'm looking for bang for the buck here.

I have never bought complete valve set-ups for heads before, least of all Hemi stuff. I'll definitely spend what I need to spend to get quality pieces, I was just hoping to not waste money by buying overkill parts or buying from the wrong vendor and paying too much for the same stuff.

If it matters, I expect to send them to MCH for that "Magic Touch".

Thanks for the input!

What about wedge parts then? Where do you buy? Can you get quality and price in one place?

Id say give Jeff Koblinsky at Modern Cylinder Head a call.

Or call Tim Banning www.forhemisonly.com

They will tell you whats the best you should use for your application.
