It's been a long time since I stripped mine. But IIRC, I just used over the counter paint stripper and a fine steel wool pad (or maybe a 3m plastic pad). It came off very easily, and did not take much time at all. The anodization was unharmed. The surface was probably not prepped before the black spray paint on your parts, so it should come off easily. Just test the paint stripper on a small area, and don't leave it unattended.

I would bet some lacquer thinner on a rag will clean them up.
