Which solid roller lifter will work with no grinding on the block?? Will the Morrel do it? I am told the 829-16 Comp will work but I know from much past experience they are JUNK--I have had them with as much as 1 1/2 thou taper in the lifter body and the axle bearings are no better than the ones in boat trailers

Crane Ultr-Pro lifters should work. 66550-16 is the regular height lifter and it should fit. There is also a taller lifter, 66554-16 which was designed for the original Mega blocks.
