Anyone know of anything out there? Didn't find anything on a quick search on that "G" search engine. I'm thinking of getting involved in something I shouldn't get involved with since I'm having trouble selling this car. Call me crazy if you want, it won't hurt my feelings.

I'm willing to bet it has been done or at least tried. How good are your fabrication and welding skills? I'm thinking custom front k member, trans tunnel, trans crossmember, rear suspension (4 link), roll cage for rigidity, steering, etc... How much money do you have???
Would be cool if it looked stock until you opened the hood!!

Do a search for Daytona RWD conversion. That was a much more popular swap. The platforms are very similar.

There is a 2 door Aries floating around with an RB motor and tubs. I've seen it on tv and at the nats a few years ago.

You'd probably have a lot fewer headaches if you swap in a turbo Shelby fwd drive line. I think I saw that even the Neon SRT4 turbo motor/trans will fit without extreme headaches. It would still be a sleeper with a hot turbo hidden under the hood.

Moparts member dirt sells the parts to do the daytona conversions, I think a regular k-car would take the same parts. www.exlinecustomauto.com
