Is there any reason why the Keisler modified TKO would not bolt to the Mopar bellhousing (lakewood, I believe). ....P5153602

I've searched for the answer, with no luck

thanks
Darren

AFAIK they only mod the internals and the shifter so you should be good to go with that lakewood bell.

Have you asked Keisler?? I believe the trans bolt pattern is different which is why they make their own bell, or can modify yours.

I thought the same as DaytonaTurbo....and No, I haven't asked Keisler. I bought a second hand "new" kit, and it's been tough getting answers from them.

Yes My Kiesler modified Lakewood has 2 sets of trans mounting holes, the original ones and the ones Kiesler added to fit the TKO....

Take care,

Darren,.. that(P5153602) bellhousing is for 5.7/6.1 applications, and is TKO acceptable directly from Lakewood, has provisions for manual linkage or hyd TOB, or you can use the 1995 Dakota hyd. set up to actuate the clutch...

Misc FYI...Lakewood has a new smblk 273-360 safety bellhousing, TKO only PN#15315

IIRC...B/RB Lakewood bells can still be purchased thru Keisler, or sent to them for TKO modification/application,

Keisler also has a new aluminum smblk 273-360 "factory" style cast bell for the TKO, no need to supply a factory original bell for modification

Mike

Alright, great. So Lakewood has done what Keisler has been doing to a smallblock bell then. Thanks Mike.
