My 70 Coronet R/T had no bees. Stripe delete. I like that theory as well.

My 70 Challenger R/T SE has them. No stripes with side moldings 440-4 could it be because of engine size or performance pkg  Bob

I also had a 70 RT/SE 440-4 auto, burnt orange/burnt orange interior, no stripe, body side mouldings, all original, 1 owner, with "bees' in the qtr windows....in fact the only thing I have left from the car when I parted it, that didn't get sold was the qtr windows with the bees, I put those in my T/A clone

My 1970 FK5 Challenger R/T SE stripe delete car had them.. (Owned since 74)
My 1970 FJ5 Challenger R/T Vert Longitudinal stripe car did not have them. (owned since 95 but stuck in a barn in 76)
My 1971 FK5 Challenger R/T 426 Hemi stripe car did not have them...(owned in 79-81)

Wait a minute .. Maybe i am misinformed / ? Did these only come on 1970+ cars . or 69 1/2's as well .. I could have sworn ive seen them on 69's ? or they were placed there by owners.

Any 1970 Scat Pack car should have had them. See http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/DealershipDataBook/1970/70_Scat_Pack0001.jpg for a partial list. I say partial, because the T/As were Scat Pack cars, but the book was printed before the T/As were available. My T/A did not have the stickers when I bought it at 89K miles. But I did find the factory backing papers under the original carpet when I took it out. Just an observasion, but when new, these cars were driven, usually quite a bit. Ice scrapers were not kind to these thin stickers in the wintertime.
