What determined if a car got the scat pack bees in the rear 1/4 windows? I've seen a lot of Scat pack club cars with and without. Just curious Thanks

My '04 Ram has them. I think the determining factor is if you want 'em or not...

My 70 Coronet R/T had no bees. Stripe delete. I like that theory as well.

My six pak bee has no evidence of them and no stripes.
Kinda wish it had the , ill probably put them on , i like 'em.

My original 71 RT 340 challenger with RT stripes had them.
It was one of the very first things I installed on my 71 clone car when it got rebuilt.

I also had a 70 RT/SE 440-4 auto, burnt orange/burnt orange interior, no stripe, body side mouldings, all original, 1 owner, with "bees' in the qtr windows....in fact the only thing I have left from the car when I parted it, that didn't get sold was the qtr windows with the bees, I put those in my T/A clone

my 70 A66 340 challenger is stripeless and has no bee,s either...though i have never looked close to see if possibly they had been there... bought from orig owner also dan

My 1970 FK5 Challenger R/T SE stripe delete car had them.. (Owned since 74)
My 1970 FJ5 Challenger R/T Vert Longitudinal stripe car did not have them. (owned since 95 but stuck in a barn in 76)
My 1971 FK5 Challenger R/T 426 Hemi stripe car did not have them...(owned in 79-81)

Did these only come on 1970+ cars . or 69 1/2's as well ..
I could have sworn ive seen them on 69's ? or they were placed there by owners.

My December 1969 built A66 340 4-speed convertible has the bees. No Stripes, No wheel well trim, 14" steel wheels. Ugly all day.....

I say partial, because the T/As were Scat Pack cars, but the book was printed before the T/As were available.
My T/A did not have the stickers when I bought it at 89K miles. But I did find the factory backing papers under the original carpet when I took it out.
Just an observasion, but when new, these cars were driven, usually quite a bit. Ice scrapers were not kind to these thin stickers in the wintertime.

They were, but they came to be after the book was printed. The revised page with A66 mentions the stickers, but they got the location wrong. See the links below;

Thanks guys, one more question. Did any AC cars get them? My car had the Airtemp sticker in the back 1/4 window.
