It bolts to that tab on bottom of the fender, and to several holes on inner fender.
Is it the inner front fender splash shield?

Alright. I see no one reproduces it. However, 68-70 is reproduced. I know the inner fender is the same 66-70, so would it take much work to get them to fit on mine(which is a 67)

Check them out first. Plymouth and Dodge are a little different where they bolt to the fender. I think Dodge has a raised area where the bolt goes, Plymouth does not.

I have a Plymouth, so the plan was to get the 68-70 Plymouth ones. Who has a decent return policy? Or is there an easier way to ensure fitment?

Even if they are close, I wouldn't mind "making them fit"
