a493demon OP pro stock A Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 1,551 baldwinsville new york	i have a 1 wire alt on my car 6 gauge wire to the kill side of the kill switch.my ? is the alt. keep craping out.put one on a week ago tues. it was charging and sun. at the track it stoped.i made sure the batt. was fully charged but for some reason it kills them .any help would be great. thanks brad

fig426 top fuel F Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 2,103 East Coast, NJ	Run a ground strap from the alt to the block. You can also run the charge wire from the alt to the battery lug of the starter to shorten up the length of the charging wire. Chris from New Jersey
