If the crank is not drilled for clearance you may need to shorten the trans input shaft to fit. Cab_Burge I Win C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 43,286 Bend,OR USA	It depends on the year and motor, some of the low deck steel cranks did not have any way for the input shaft to fit deep enough into the crankshafts like stock ones do Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Old car are me......
