bee71mopar OP mopar Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 434 DELAWARE	Has anyone pulled a harmonic balancer off a 3.0 v6? I went to the local auto parts stores and all they have is the std. Chrysler puller which will not work.It pulls the balancer on the inner part but the ones on a 3.0 v6 is solid. I just tried a 2 claw puller and it started to pull the gear for the timing belt with it...

bee71mopar OP mopar Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 434 DELAWARE	WOOO HOOOO !!!! I got it with a little penetrent,heat and a hammer.. no rust showing on the back of the balancer but it was on there good. Well now I have an issue and that is when I started it up now it sounds like it jumped timing.. poppping out the exhaust,etc. dont know why because the timing belt never came off the sprocket.Checked the battery and it has 12.22volts so I am letting it charge for now.I hope its not the timing.
