The previous poster answered the question for you but if you want some visuals this might help. This is a removal of one from a Saturn. The only differences are that in the video he uses a socket to remove it and you should be able to do it with your fingers. The other differences is that the Saturn has 2 pieces on the backside ( a nut and collar) and your Challenger is one piece.
