Ok car is a 70 challenger.Wiring is a little rough to say the least. Not weather checked and rotted at all but just some shade tree issues. Some of which i created.

First off,

I eliminated the nuetral saftey switch wiring. Why?It was junk from the trans to the rotten terminals in the bulkhead,Ok now it wont start with the key. I dont remember which holes were in the far left bulk connecter was the nuetral saftey wiring,do i need to make a jumper to each hole in the bulkhead?Anybody tell me which holes?.It wa on the far left bulk connecter.

Ok one more.I have a black ECU and a MSD 6AL box mounted under dash. There is a black with yellow chaser wire in the factory ECU plug but it goes outside and has a eyelet terminal someone has crimped on and i dont know where that goes.

Basically whatis the black yellow chaser wire for and where does it go.

Thanks so much for any help.My car has been down since april and will be firing it today.

I cannot provide any help what so ever.

Except to tell you that if you are trying to chase a wire and where it goes.. I would look online for the wiring schematic for your car?

I had to re-wire my GTX by hand without anything and without the schematic it would have been next to impossible.

can't you just ground the terminal on the starter relay where the safety switch used to go?

.

Thanks so much for the diagrams. But my car would have been points so this black ECU is from who know. And the black with yellow tracer comes off the plug and goes into the engine compartment to nowhere??

Yes the grounding of the nuetral came to me hadndt done it since high school so i forgot.I hooked a jumper up to see if that would work and it did.

ANy help on the black yella tracer from the ecu help would be great but understand its not possible without being here.

THanks guys.Fire up in a few minutes.
