Early A-body takes a different fit. 63-66. I have seen a header that is not fenderwell. I think it is the same people who make motor mount brackets to put the later LA engines in those cars has them. I want to say schumacher but that may not be right.

All the underchassis headers are small tube, and propably not enough for a healthy W2 engine. At least Hedman has got W2 fenderwell headers for them, for example 75125-E.

TTI makes a stepped header w/ 3" collector - for a stock head.
Does the W2 have a dual exhaust pattern he could use to bolt it up?
I would give them a call if they are offering a standard port header for them. It's just a CNC bending program at the end of the day. They could probably make the header with a W2 flange quite easily I would assume.
Running a stock port header on a W2 head, even if the bolt pattern is there, is a bad idea. How do I know? That is how my car is. haha. The ports aren't close, and it will blow header gaskets out.
