Wat is in and out on a remote filterholder? I have a Milodon dual swing pickup system. Its for filter on the pump but then i have a remoteadapter due to fitment problems.

YEP.... the outer area of the filter is ALWAYS the
inlet(more surface area to collect trash) and the
center is the outlet

Use an oil filter with no by-pass and put some pre-filters in the oil pick up lines
