I am bumping this thread because I need shocks this week. Superstockracer, is this the one you have bought? http://www.jcwhitney.com/HARD-TO-FIND-SH...cw?reviewflag=1In another thread I searched Logan426 suggested Monroe....anyone have a specific PN that works? Others have suggested Year One's product, a little spendy at $50 each plus shipping. Any other styles brands you like/used? I'd like to avoid repainting if possible. Thanks in advance, EW

Just curious if the Monroe's have same characteristics on the bottom as these
Well sorta correct looking. Thes are Monroe matics (gas charged )sprayed with Krylon #1613 semi black. I got a set of 4 for less then $60 at a local auto parts store. The ride great on both of my cars, WAY better that stock mopar shocks....and the price.....
