Hello,

I'm looking into switcthing from my tunnel ram setup to a single carb. Currently running two 750's on a weiland tunnel ram... Using Indy 440-SR heads, which I beleive are the same config as the stock heads.

Which intake would you recommend I look for, looking for the same or better performance as the ram.

What have you had success with.

Thanks

The original B1 Manifold with the Max Wedge flange. I believe Koffel is still doing them and this is the only manifold that will compete with the ram.

If your heads are standard port then the Edelbrock Super Victor would be a good choice. Mopar Performance has a 4500 M1 which is a good manifold and there is also a Team G which some people like.

If you have Max Wedge ports then the MW version Super Victor will work or Indy has a couple of 4500 intakes with MW ports.

Which block are you using, low deck(361-400) or tall deck(413-440)I have several different single 4500 manifolds for both, only need one of each PM if you want about the details and $ amounts

I ran a team g 4500 flange and went to a victor 4150 with an adapter for 4500 and it out performed the team g hands down. Then I went to a tunnel ram with 2 650s and did not notice a difference from the victor.
