Commando1 OP master Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 9,336 South-Central (Sebring), FL	My speedo has a steady rhythm of "tap", "tap", tap". with a slight jump in the needle with each tap. I can't ignore it any more by turning up the radio. Multi-part question: Speedo or cable (please say cable ). If speedo, please refer me to a good guy to send it to. Thanks.

mikemee1331 master M Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 4,154 bethlehem pa	it could also be the end of the cable that fits into the speedo has rounded. sometimes there is enough material on the squared end to be able to cut it off and re-insert it.

mikemee1331 master M Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 4,154 bethlehem pa	i think that's caused by massive amounts of alcohol/weed/crank/all of the above! it's mostly likely just in need of some lube. but just check the cable and the speedo slot for rounding that is if you can maneuver under there and still keep it far enough away to see! i would be very hard pressed to do it!
