Here is a M-body coupe comparison, but as highlighted already, it's almost the same thing: 1) FRONT 2) REAR 3) REAR SIDE Here is the tire sizing: WHEELS & TIRES BRAND SIZE RIM WIDTH SPEC MEASURED WIDTH TREAD WIDTH DIAMETER MAX LOAD REVS FRONT Yokohama Avid S/T 235/60R15 98T 6.5 - 8.5 7 9.5 7.4 26.1 1642@35 796 REAR Nitto NT555R 275/60R15 107V 7.5 - 9.5 8 11.1 8.5 27.76 2150@44 748 The rims are Centerline AutoDrag III, part numbers: 175804545 175705545 ...basically 15x7 (front) and 15.8 (rear) If I had a chance to do something different I would have gone with a slightly more offset on the rear rim...maybe another 1/2-1" more...that would have stuffed the tire completely into the wheel well as opposed to the sidewall being just even with the edge of the body line.

'79 Aspen front 245/60/15 on 7"/4.25"bs Rallye rear 275/60/15 0n 8"/4.5"bs Rallye The rear wheelwell lip would rub the outside sidewall on a big dip. I think if the lips were rolled up they wouldn't rub, but before I could try it, the right front tire blew and I had to go back to my 14" tires. I had these wheels/tires so I tried them. If I were starting from scratch, I'd go 235/60 on a 7" front, 255/60 on an 8" rear.
