They also sell reamers if your balljoint taper for the tie rod ends is not the adequate one, you just ream them up to size.
On my 67 cuda setup Im using the lightest A Body spindles with the big upper balljoint, but the those spindles use a smaller upper ball joint, so I bought the reamer and reamed it so it accepted the bigger ball joint.
You can find the tappered pin/stud adapters, the ball joints, and the sleeves you need, as well as the nuts....and they are all super cheap. You should not have more than $150 bucks invested with all you need to buy.
Longacre also sells some bump steer gauges which should help you measure the bump steer accurately and set it all up nice and precise.
