I have a set of 15" aluminum slots, 10in wide. I got them with a 71RR and they stuck out like a gangsta mini truck. I think they're pretty cool and they'd hold a heck of a meaty tire.

What would I have to do in order to get them to fit on, say, a 1968 Charger?

There are 14" fronts that match, but they aren't near that wide and seem to fit as-is.

narrow the rear, move the leaf springs inboard, and massage the wheelhouses.

I had a pair of N-50s on 15x10 slot mags on my 74 Road Runner. They looked good back there but rubbed horribly on the outside of the quarter.

1. Rework the rear axle + spring perch locations as mentioned above. Spendy!

2. Sell them and buy some 8.5" wide ones instead. Cheapest route to take, but won't have the same look as the 10" wheels. Guy I sold my old 68 coronet to did it this way + he added some really fat tires to fill the wheelwells out. Looked pretty good for very little money.

3. If it's a look you really want and you don't want to touch the rear suspension then ET Wheels makes new wheels that look similiar to the old slot mags. They offer custom backspacing which might help you get a 10" rim under the car that might not be possible with a one piece cast wheel. ET wheels are $$$$, but they are super nice.

You forgot one thing. No bumps allowed!

I'm sure it works great on the track but what about the street?
