Any bracing or support planned for the steering box? From the pictures provided it looks like with serious off-road use it will end up flapping in the wind. http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/Syne...00-p-29632.html

It's not finished yet, I just wanted to get it in position. I will build a box to house the tubes for the lower mounts.

The fuel tank is a CJ7 15 gallon poly tank, I will be switching it to a Pre-'80 tank in order to get the larger inlet which will be needed for the output of the diesel pumps.

The skid plate is from Max-Bilt, I actually mounted it backwards so that the high bolts are in the rear.

I still need to do some finish welding on the bottom, but that will wait until I have all of the stuff mounted from the top that required the axles to be in place for mock up.

That should do 30+ mpg especially if you put on an air to air aftercooler and gear it accordingly.

It will have a small intercooler in front of the radiator and the axles have 4.10 gears with 37" tires, plus the tranny has overdrive.

Shock towers came in from RuffStuff. I will hold off on welding them on until after the body is on and the nose is positioned.
