Kidding right??
you are willing to drill your own air bleeds... so just get a small piece of aluminum stock and drill and tap it yourself.
couldnt be easier.

why would you need one?
I just put the jet in the battery drill and the drillbit in the vise.

See those 2 little holes on the right bottom corner of my carb stand? Thats what I use. I think one is drilled for a 6-32 and the other 8-32.
