probably the stupidest question i've ever asked. a friend of mine dropped of his carb to look and see how it looked inside since it's been sitting on the shelf for about a year. i removed the four allen screws that hold the float bowls on and they dont want to come off. i pried them oh so gently and not budging. i'm i missing something? thanks for any help. i dont want to buy this guy any parts if ness. and are the bowl gaskets reussable when the bowls are removed.

Don't think those gaskets will be reused.
They are dried and gluing the bowls to the metering block.
Smack the bowl up or down with a rubber or plastic hammer.

I agree, plastic hammer time. My Demon did the same thing, just a couple sharp taps and it came loose.
