I have no dash lights or radio light so i jiggled wires, played with the dimmer and headlight switch, then checked fuse box which I put in new fuses only to find out I have no power leading to the fuse. Any ideas? Thanks for any advise!

Check the bulk head connection where it plugs in from the engine bay, jiggle it and if you get power you need to take it apart and clean it.

Good Luck

If i remember correctly the dash light circuit gets its power from a tan wire going from the headlight switch to the fuse box then to the dimmer. It makes sense once you see it. As suggested i would jump that tan wire and see if i had lights. Maybe it is just a corroded headlight switch.

You possibly have no tail lights either.
