Where the best place to get factory correct wiper blades for a 71 b-body? I have tried NAPA and Auto Zone without any luck.

If you have original or near original refills, just remove the stainless holder with the end clips, and slide in any current day aftermarket refills. If you need more details, PM me.

BTW, you might want to use a brake spring removal tool to dis-assemble your arms to determine how bad your spring is rusting. If severely rusted, maybe you can re-plate or find another spring.
