It came with a 3 speed torqueflight, the roof and body are the same color. I can do it all later tonight for you when I have the book handy.

Some codes could be other things, but this is most likely, does it jive with the car?

d7 rear heater
p6 LH remote mirror
u1 sold car

AB81 440 4bbl 350 horse single exh
C5 Torqueflight
G1 26" radiator yoke
J5 rear dome lamp

L9 spare tire cover
R4 AM radio search tune
S1 A/C
Z8 buffed paint

407 scheduled build date
15000 sequential number
M9L interior = medium grade bench cloth and vinyl tan color
331 paint = Dove gray roof and body

Real close. It has leather interior with power buckets and buddy seat and is pale yellow.Notice the 48 stamped in the top right corner of the tag?

Thanks for everything and all of your help!

The J5 could also be power buckets, but the interior codes says bench. The codes in this book say J is from 450-489, tag is J5 so it could be 455, 465, 475 or 485. The Z8 is only buffed paint, book says for silver only. The door jamb paint doesn't look pale yellow. The 48 is stamped in from the top, usually inspection stamp, but nobody knows for sure. Does it have the rear heater? They are great in the winter. Nice looking Imperial.
