Can someone show me how to ID the correct front bumper and brackets for a 1972 Cuda? My bumper has the jack slots but the brackets did not line up with all 4 holes if I recall correctly Thanks

Is is possible that you have a 73 or 74 bumper? They used a large beam inside the bumper that 72 didn't use. They would also have the jack slots in them. If you are trying to mount a 73-74 bumper dirrectly to the brackets without the extra beam inplace, the holes probably wouldn't line up.

The bumpers did not stick out, so the brackets are probably 70-72. The bumper could be 73-74. I think it was the out board bolts that did not line up. I will try to post pics and measurements tonight.

What are the numbers stamped on the brackets? Each piece will have a stamped number.

Yes I know.. Too long... I pretty much got things back together as far as my health goes...my job not so much but im working on it.... and Barry and I spent some time together chatting about stuff and Im ready to pick up where I left off a few years ago. Going to try and lend some help when I can... In my brief time away I still see not much has changed...faces have changed a little but everything else is still the same.... If ya know what I mean...
