There have been a few posts about 6-way seat tracks so I put together a page to help people identify the 4 different units.

www.NicksGarage.com/6way.htm

I'll add more pictures and information as I get it. It also looks like there might be different knobs for some applications. I'm still digging up that info.

Also, on Andy440's web site, he has information on mid-year changes. It says that the 6-way option was cancelled as of 12/1/70.

Anybody have a '71 B or E-body that came with a 6-way and was built after that date? They may have run out the stock of them and put them in cars after that date, but I'd like to find out.

Nick.

Thanks Scott. I'll add a link to your site for the repro reinforcement plates.

I'll probably do more of these pages for different parts. Next will probably be one on air cleaners since people are always asking about the different ones, especially the dual snorkel ones.

Nick.
