I can not get PPP to awnser my calls, they do not return my calls,
I have two air shifters on order and for over a week now, and need to know when they will ship.

I have a PPP in my car for years, and love the shifter.

Any one have this issue with PPP ?

Someone else posted about this last week. They are having issues with their anodizer.

It was worth the wait but I waited over two weeks for my shifter. I had a hard time getting them on the phone in the morning(3 hr time difference). Try later in the afternoon but as stated above the get anodizing from another vender and there has been some delay. He told me they are really busy.

I posted on this subject last week. I have had a black push pattern shifter for a 727 w/ a clean neutral on order since May 12. Someone finally got thru to them and mentioned my post on here and Brad finally called me last Tues. I told him if my shifter had not shipped by this coming Fri. I would cancel my order. They are in the process from moving production from CA to ID and also having troubles with their anodizer, still no excuse for the lack of customer service.

P.S. - John Cope (CRT) thanks for the fast service on the trans blanket I ordered last week.

That sucks to hear I have one in my car and love it.

Mike, The one I have in my car is a clean neutral, but may not be the pattern you need.

It's a P-R-1-2-3-N.. If it would work for you, I could let you borrow mine til yours comes in. I won't need it anytime soon.. Let me know. I am home for a few days til Monday afternoon then fly out for work again and won't be home for a few months...

Thanks for the offer Jesse but if the PPP shifter hasn't shipped by tomorrow I'm going to put the T/A Cheetah shifter in the car.

There is also a post on YB about the lack of recent customer service from PPP.

PPP did call back today (5 days later), it took 2 weeks to get my two air shifters out, and now 4-5 days for the shipping. I have a PPP air shifter in my 63 Dodge, and yes its nice, works good, never have a problem with the shifter, But they need to step up to the plate when it comes to customer service, and I told them that when we spoke. I know what I do to get parts out on time, and I ALWAYS call back my customer, if it be good news or not so good.
