I have a stock 340 in my 73 Roadrunner - can I run an Avenger 670 on this car ?(I do plan on headers soon). Currently has an Eddy 600 but is giving me issues and can get the Holly for really cheap. Thanks. Automatic BTW.

Be prepared to tune any carb you run. Some may run well out of the box and some may not.
The Holley will outperform the eddy in your application.

The Advenger Holley is a pretty decent street carb, much better than that Eddy 600 POS,....but IMHO, I'd set up that smblk with a Holley model 3310, 750 cfm

Since it's a stock small block, a 670 Avenger is a perfect choice.
