How would you bolt in the 5.7 to the trans? Don't Prowlers use those funky transmission/rear diff combos? I thought their trans was pretty much like a fwd trans that sat back at the rear axle and had a driveshaft that went from the crank to the trans input shaft? I have no idea what provisions the 3.5 uses to accomplish this, but I would not be surprised if they are 3.5L specific parts. I would guess a lot of custom work would be done to make the prowler's floor pan accept a conventional rwd trans. But I'm interested to hear what others have to say.
I still think a nice blower sticking out of the hood of a prowler would look awesome.
