I did the same thing. I got mine in black with a push button release, I got them all from an RV supplier on ebay. I think I paid like $8 a seatbelt, and my car is a showcar, go figure.
The look original.....original to what car....is unknown

BTW, the belts I bought for my 64 from JCW bolted right to the factory mounts, same thread and everything! There is a company called Snakeoyl (or something like that) that sells belts too, but they cost more... Edit: What I mean is there were no belts in my 64 when I got it, but there were mounts for them. The JCW hardware worked as if it was made for the Plymouth!
