Hey guys im at the track w/o my instructions for my pro-comp tach w/ the two stage shift light and cant remember how to change my shift points on the tach. I could probably fumble through it but if someone could simply tell me out of there instructions or off-hand how to change it, i remember holding a button till the tach jumps to 2000 and then i thought i could simply dial it up, anyhow a little help would be appreciated

This? Downloaded off their sight, if incorrect let me know and will try to get you the right ones. This was for Pro-Comp 2 w/2 stage shift light with memory.

1. When the function knob is in the tach position, the tachometer
will work normally.
2. To recall your highest RPM, turn knob to Recall position. The
pointer will then display the peak RPM obtained. To erase the
memory, turn the function switch to the Clear/Set High position
and then back to the Tach position. The memory will always
erase in this position. You must make sure you read the memory
before making any changes to the Set High shift setting.
3. Setting the High Set and Low Set shift points. First, make sure
the remote switch is NOTelectrically closed. If it is closed, you
will only be able to adjust and check the Set Low. You will not be
able to tell where you are setting the Set High position
regardless of the tachometer function knob position.
A. Turn function knob to Clear/Set High position. Using a
correctly sized screwdriver*(See Note Below), insert it into
the Set High Adjust Port and rotate in the direction desired.
The tachometer pointer will display the exact shift setting.
B. Turn function knob to the Low Set position.
Insert the screwdriver into the Low Set RPM adjust Port and
rotate as described before to obtain correct RPM.
C. You may review your settings by moving the knob between Set
Low and Set High. Return the function knob to the Tach
position to return the tachometer to normal operation.
NOTE: Using an incorrect size screwdriver or forcing the
adjustment past its mechanical stops will void your warranty.
The lowest designed shift point RPM is approximately 3500.
2-Stage Shift-Lite Application
To accomplish changing the shift setting, a Gray lead is brought from
the tachometer to a normally open momentary switch that the driver
may manually push. When the normally open momentary switch is
closed (pushed), the Low Set mode will be in effect. When it is open,
the High Set mode will be in effect. Some racers mount the switch
on the transmission such that when in first gear the switch is closed,
thus placing them in the Low Set shift mode. When first gear is
pulled or air actuated, the switch returns to open and places the shift
point in the High Set mode.
ADJUST THE HIGH SHIFT POINT SETTING.
