Most likely they are not for an A-Body with a 383, they are unique and are only made by a couple vendors. TTI has the big tube headers (CPPA type) and there are a couple of old designs with 1-5/8" tubes made by Headman and Blackjack I believe.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

Hedman's 78030 header (original application is for B/E bodies) will fit a 383 into an A-body engine compartment but the 440 is just too tight!

Hedman 75150 1 3/4" 3 inch collector Fits an A body with a 383 and power steering.
