Cuda, 528 Hemi,727,8 3/4. While on the dyno last week noticed a pretty significant vibration as RPM increased. I have pulled the driveshaft and will have it checked for balance and runout. Also in checking driveline angles, the pinion is 3* up, the trans tailshaft is down 3*, the driveshaft was nearly in line with the pinion.
I know there needs to be a few degrees of driveshaft angle to lube the u-joints but do you think the way this sits it would cause vibration? It has a SFI flex plate and the converter is a unknown.
