Hello everyone. New to the forum here and have a question concerning a disc brake conversion on my 69 Roadrunner. I have read the Mopar Action article that tells how to do the swap using A-body spindles and other newer parts. I would like to use this same setup on my car but in the article it talks about sway-bar to caliper interference on pre 1970 B-body cars with the link-type sway-bar setup. Another article I found said that the late model spindle attaches the caliper to the rear of the rotor so there will be no interference problems with the sway-bar. Has anyone ever tried this conversion on a 68-69 b-body and will it mean having to change the sway-bar to make this setup work or can I leave my factory sway-bar and not have to worry about anything hitting? I have also thought about using aftermarket disc brake kits but I was wanting to keep the swap as simple and cheap as possible. Thanks for any help.
