Those do appear to be 66-67 vintage carbs (post the numbers stamped on the fronts of the passenger side front feet if you want the details). The fuel lines are the correct 70 style, the choke is a replacement non factory electric choke. The 70-71 style lids are different than the 66-69 carbs, they have a unique vent tube on the pass side rear amoung other smaller cosmetic details.

Any factory dual 4 inline Hemi air cleaner will fit those carbs, the chrome domes are reproduced and last I heard so are the 70 versions, however, NONE are cheap! Round numbers $700-$1,000 last I saw on ebay, I believe the same vendor who sells the larger dia. style sells the originals as well.

What he said and Ben Snobar repops the 69-71 air cleaner, though it may be a 70-71 it will work for a 69.
