It's a 15x5, 4.5" bolt circle with a 2.75" center hole and the center is welded in. It has the numbers 23 on one side of the velve stem hole and 00 on the other side.

I think I have a pair, haven't pulled the other one out to take a looksee. This one had an old, weather cracked, bias ply tire on it that's probably older than me, the other one still is wearing it's old tire.
