just FYI..... Regarding the POR 15, its great stuff and you can apply it with a brush and watch your brush marks disappear. Keep in mind for whats its worth, POR 15 is UV sensitive and if exposed to direct sunlight the paint will discolor. POR 15 sells a top coat that is UV protective called Blackcoat which will secure/protect your POR15 base coat color. You can brush or spray it on and I believe its available in a rattle can also.
